Who We Are
Curated corporate housing, built by hand in Sacramento.
Divine Rentals LLC was founded in Sacramento in 2022 as a deliberate alternative to the generic extended-stay hotel. Where large operators optimize for scale and interchangeable keycards, we've spent every year since building a small, tightly curated collection of residences — each one personally selected, furnished, and managed for the kind of guest who expects more than a mini-fridge and a printed welcome card.
Our Story
A hospitality company disguised as a rental company.
We started with a simple observation: the professionals moving through Sacramento — travel nurses on 13-week assignments at UC Davis Medical and Kaiser, corporate executives on multi-month projects, attorneys stationed near the Capitol and Superior Court, professional athletes needing discretion, and families relocating between homes — all deserved something better than a stripped-down apartment or a fluorescent-lit hotel corridor.
So we built it, one residence at a time. Every Divine Rentals home is furnished with pieces we'd put in our own place. Kitchens are stocked so you can actually cook the night you arrive. Wi-Fi is fiber. Linens are hotel-grade. The little things — the Brita filled, the wagon by the door for luggage, the welcome snacks on the counter — are there because guests told us they mattered.
The result is a company that behaves more like a small hospitality team than a rental portfolio. When something isn't right, a real person on our Sacramento team answers. When housekeeping needs an extra hour to hold the standard, we take the hour. When a guest has stayed with us before, we already know what they like.

Leads furnishing design and property setup across the portfolio, then handles guest support, restocking, and add-on services including airport pick-up and drop-off to keep every residence guest-ready.
Operations Partner
Danny is also the founder of Corvale, the property management company behind the day-to-day operations of every Divine Rentals residence — cleaning coordination, maintenance, guest support systems, and the operational backbone that keeps things running smoothly. Corvale also works with other property owners looking for the same hands-on management approach.
