Discretion, first
Housing for a professional athlete, coach, or key team staff member is a different problem from housing for a traveling nurse. The requirements start with discretion — no signage identifying the guest, no shared amenities that force interaction with strangers, controlled building access, and a team of operators who understand that questions about who is staying where are not answered.
Our residences deliver on all of that by default. The buildings are professional and quiet. Access is controlled. We do not disclose guest identities to inquiring third parties for any reason.
Set up for how athletes actually live
Extended stays for athletes and their families require space — real bedrooms, real kitchens for meal prep, and enough square footage that living in the unit for a full season doesn't feel like living in a hotel room. Our larger downtown residences (Casa Industrial, The Royal Vista, The Midrise, Midtown Pearl) are well-suited to this profile.
Personal fitness training is available as an add-on — we can arrange a certified trainer to work with the athlete or a family member in-residence or at a partner facility, on whatever schedule works.

For athletes on assignment with the Sacramento sports organizations, or in town for extended appearances, the location is deliberate — close enough to the arena to be useful, private enough to feel off-duty at home.

We invoice the organization directly — the team, the management company, the agency, whichever entity is handling the arrangement. Statements are itemized and formatted for pass-through to whatever internal system requires them.
Flexible terms for season-length or short stays
Whether the engagement is a full season, a road-swing week, an off-season training block, or a family relocation while a longer-term home is being sorted, we structure the booking around the actual timeline — not a rigid product with fixed brackets.
NDAs, extra controls, additional privacy
If the organization requires an NDA with our team, additional access restrictions on the building, or non-standard privacy measures, get in touch. We'll work through the specifics before the booking closes.
